Terms of Use

For people who use the Curso app to cook · Effective 2 October 2026

The short version: Curso is free, your recipes are yours, other people's recipes are theirs, and you always check the packet when allergies are involved.

1. These terms

These terms are between you and Mother Hubbard Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 632 770 113) trading as Curso ("we", "us"). They apply when you use the Curso app on iPhone or at app.gocurso.com. By using Curso you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Food creators and brands using Curso's business products are covered by separate terms at gocurso.com/terms.

2. Using Curso

3. Allergies, diets and food safety

Please read this one. Curso filters recipes using the allergies and diet you give us, and the ingredients each recipe lists. Recipes can be incomplete or wrong, products vary, and ingredients can be cross-contaminated. Curso is a helping hand, not a guarantee:

4. Recipes from creators

Many recipes in Curso come from food creators' own websites. Those recipes belong to their creators. Curso shows the facts of a recipe (its name, ingredients and timings) with credit, and opens the creator's own page for the method and photographs. Please respect their work: don't copy it out of Curso to republish it.

If you are a creator and want your recipes removed from Curso, email hello@gocurso.com and we will remove them.

5. Your recipes and photos

6. What's not allowed

When you share anything in Curso, you must not share content that:

You also must not try to break, overload, copy or scrape Curso, or get around its limits. You can report a shared recipe from its page. We review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and may suspend or close the account that shared it.

7. Ending things

You can stop using Curso at any time, and delete your account in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to make Curso accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", and it may sometimes be wrong or unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and, because Curso is free, our total responsibility to you is limited to AUD $100.

9. Apple

If you downloaded Curso from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Curso or its support, and Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply.

10. Changes and the law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
